freedom fête

The 2nd Annual Freedom Féte is Freedom at The Mat’s annual urban oasis, educational destination and a retreat for women.Designed as a destination for women to pause for selfcare and self-love during a month filled with women-related wellness commemorations such as Breast Cancer Awareness, Domestic Violence Awareness, Lupus Awareness, Mental Illness Awareness and International Day of the Girl, this one-day event is an invitation to women of all ages, social classes & cultures to pause and honor their self-care.

Through Freedom Fête, Freedom at The Mat endeavors to celebrate women’s health & wellness by giving them a retreat-like day to connect with others, love on themselves and indulge in self-care to alleviate their woes and help them more fully live well lives.
